BCC students to showcase wardrobes, makeovers

MOUNT LAUREL As they prepare to move from classrooms to cubicles, 13 students at Burlington County College will show off professional wardrobes and makeovers at the school's fourth annual Dress for Success Show.

From 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, the students will be the center of attention, displaying their new haircuts, shoes, and tailored suits for their entry into the workforce. The event, held on the Mount Laurel campus at 3331 Route 38, also includes informational skits discussing interview styles.

Free and open to the public, the event spotlights the transition students go through when they enter a professional setting. One student in the audience will win an "extreme professional makeover," the school said in a news release. - Inquirer staff
