Chaplin clung to life at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia before succumbing to his injuries early Sunday.

The District Attorney's Office said it was too soon to say whether it would press any additional charges, adding that the office is waiting on a ruling from the medical examiner on Chaplin's cause of death. - Aubrey Whelan
