DOYLESTOWN As the region prepares for this winter's third snowstorm and another cold snap, officials are again preparing to bring the homeless indoors.

  • The county has issued a "Code Blue" this week, from Monday to Thursday, opening up on-call churches to provide food and beds.

    Those churches are the Woodside Presbyterian Church in Yardley, Trinity Episcopal Church in Buckingham, and West Swamp Mennonite Church in Quakertown.

    The National Weather Service predicts several inches of snow to fall Tuesday and temperatures to drop to the single digits each night until Friday.
