in Pee-Wee semifinals

RICHBORO The Northampton Indians were eliminated Tuesday from the Junior Pee-Wee Division 2 Football Tournament at the 57th annual Pop Warner Super Bowl at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla.

The Indians were defeated in the semifinals by the Bedford Heights (Ohio) Saints, 32-0. Northampton advanced to the semifinals after a 12-6 victory over the Stratford (Conn.) Redskins on Saturday in the first round.

In Wednesday's semifinals of the Midget Division 1, Philadelphia's Blackhawks AC are scheduled to play at 10:30 a.m. against the Brookline (Mass.) Patriots.

That winner will play in the championship game on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. against the winner of the other semifinal, between the Overtown (Fla.) Tornadoes and the East Bay (Calif.) Warriors. - Inquirer staff
