The behavior of Philadelphia sports fans continued to create a buzz Monday as video emerged on several websites that appears to show a small child drinking from a beer bottle while watching Sunday's Phillies-Padres game at Citizens Bank Park.

The identity of the child, who appeared to be 3 or 4 years old, could not be ascertained Monday night. The identity of adults nearby and the contents of the bottle were also unknown.

The video was taken from the official broadcast of Sunday's game. TheFightins.com, Fox29, the Huffington Post, New York Post, and Deadspin were among the sites that posted video.

Phillies spokeswoman Bonnie Clark could not be reached for comment Monday night.

Patrick Courtney, a spokesman for Major League Baseball, said he had seen a video clip of the incident, but he declined to comment about it.

Courtney did say that the league sought the removal of the clips from YouTube because it was "unauthorized use of in-game footage." He said it is done frequently with people posting broadcasts.
