A Chester County man used the Internet to proposition an undercover agent posing as a 13-year-old girl, authorities said yesterday.
Joshua S. Jeffrey, 24, of Nottingham, allegedly engaged in a sexually graphic online chat with the agent, who was using the profile of the teen, Attorney General Tom Corbett said in a news release.
Agents from the Child Predator Unit and West Nottingham Township police arrested Jeffrey on Wednesday. He was released on $10,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing Wednesday on charges that include unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a computer, the release said. - Kathleen Brady Shea
