A 19-year-old woman has become the third suspect apprehended in connection with an armed home invasion Friday in Concord Township, state police said yesterday.
Jessica Marie Fisher of Folcroft was awaiting arraignment last night, said state police from the Media barracks. William Rivera Jr., 20, and Tasha Bukton, 31, both of Philadelphia, had been taken into custody Friday in North Philadelphia and arraigned Saturday on charges including robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment. They were being held on $1 million bail each, awaiting a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
Police said Fisher and Rivera, both of whom wore face coverings and one of whom pulled a gun, confronted the victim, a 48-year-old woman, at 12:30 p.m. in her Glen Mills residence on William Howard Drive, and duct-taped her. They stole jewelry, money, and bank cards, and left the area in a car driven by Bukton, police said. - Kathleen Brady Shea
