Police are looking for a man seen on at least three occasions strolling naked through the Chaddwyck section of New Castle, Del.
Officers responded around midnight Friday to Shetland Drive and Chaddwyck Boulevard for a report of a suspicious person, according to a news release from the New Castle County Police Department.
A witness told investigators she saw an unknown man jogging naked, police said.
The witness said she saw the same man around 10 p.m. Tuesday, walking through the neighborhood while wearing only a backpack, and around 11:45 p.m. Thursday, jogging on Shetland Drive toward Chaddwyck Boulevard, according to investigators.
The woman said the man "made no effort to hide his nakedness," police said in the release.
Officers were able to locate surveillance footage confirming the eyewitness account of the unknown naked jogger, police said.
He is described as a 6-foot to 6-foot-2-inch tall, thin white male between 20 and 30 years of age with black hair.
