Body found in Neshaminy Creek

A body was found in Neshaminy Creek this morning, near where rescue crews had been searching for two missing teenage swimmers.

A Bucks County dispatcher said the body was reported at 11:57 a.m.

It wasn't immediately known whether the body found belonged to 18-year-old Dan Tadrzynski or 19-year-old Perry Krewson, who went missing Tuesday night while swimming in the creek, near the Neshaminy Falls SEPTA station.

Authorities had been searching for the pair since about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. A third swimmer struggled in the water but made it out of the creek.

Crews searched into the night Tuesday and all day Wednesday, before ending operations for the day at about 8 p.m. The search resumed this morning.
