8 passengers hurt in N. Phila. bus accident

Eight passengers were hurt in a SEPTA bus accident Friday afternoon in North Philadelphia, an agency spokesman said. Shortly before 3 p.m., a southbound Route 23 bus was involved in a collision with an automobile on Germantown Avenue at Tioga Street, said SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch.
