Man, 28, critically wounded in N. Phila. shooting

A 28-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot multiple times Wednesday night in North Philadelphia, police said. Shortly before 8 p.m. in the 3100 block of North Rosewood Street, the victim was shot twice in the neck, twice in the stomach, and twice in the left arm, police said.
