Her Bank of America card was recently used by the thief at a Wal-Mart in Glenolden, Pa. The crook purchased $1,300 worth of Visa gift cards.
His face was captured in a fuzzy image from a a surveillance camera, but he remains on the loose. Tipsters can call the Major Crimes Unit at 215-686-3396.
