Philadelphia has had a long history of violent or colorful criminals, from Al Capone to Ace Capone to Thomas Capano, from the Arsenic Gang that poisoned or killed 100 people, to Jocelyn Kirsch, the glamorous Drexel student convicted of scamming friends and acquaintances out of more than $100,000 with her beau to finance their high life.
