Explosive device thrown into Chinese takeout in Queen Village

Police are seeking a group of males in connection with an explosive device thrown into a Chinese takeout restaurant in Queen Village this month. No one was injured, police said.

About 5:30 p.m. Aug. 12, seven males were photographed on surveillance video, released by police Thursday, walking on the 500 block of Washington Avenue. One of them is seen throwing the device into the New Dragon City at Washington and Randolph Street as the others stand nearby.

After the device explodes in the empty lobby, the seven are seen running east on Washington.
