Nearby homicide investigation closes Delco middle school
The investigation is on the same block as the Penn Wood Middle School in Darby.

Penn Wood Middle School in Delaware County's Darby Borough was closed Tuesday morning reportedly due to a homicide investigation on the same street.
The William Penn School District in a post on Facebook said only the school as closed because of "continued police activity in the area."
6ABC said a homicide investigation was underway on the 100 block of Summit Street, the same block on which the school is located.
No information has been released yet about the homicide.
