Man shot 7 times in East Germantown
A 38-year-old man survived being shot seven times Tuesday evening in the city's East Germantown section. About 6:50 p.m., the victim was standing outside in the 5800 block of Carswell Terrace when he was shot.

A 38-year-old man survived being shot seven times Tuesday evening in the city's East Germantown section.
Police said the victim was standing outside in the 5800 block of Carswell Terrace when he was shot about 6:50 p.m. He was taken by private vehicle to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
No arrests were reported.
