1 man arrested, 1 sought in Kensington double shooting that wounded toddler
Jules Williams, 25, of West Philadelphia, was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with attempted murder and related offenses in a double shooting in May that injured a 2-year-old boy and his father on their Kensington porch. Another suspect in the shooting, Revoire Harris, 25, of North Philadelphia, remains a fugitive.

A 25-year-old West Philadelphia man has been arrested and another man is being sought in a shooting that injured a toddler and his father in Kensington, police said Wednesday.
Jules Williams of the 5700 block of Market Street was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with two counts of attempted murder, conspiracy, and weapons offenses.
Police are still seeking Revoire Harris, 25, of North Philadelphia.
Both are accused of pedaling down the 3300 block of Malta Street on BMX-type bikes about 9:15 p.m. May 19 and firing at a rowhouse, hitting and injuring the 25-year-old father and his 2-year-old son, who were on their porch.
The toddler, Pryce Johnson, was shot twice — once in his right wrist and once in his right buttock, his mother, Donata, 25, has said. Police took him to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and he was released later that month.
His father, whose name has not been released, was shot once in his right knee and taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
Just before firing their guns, one man yelled, "This is our block," according to a neighbor.
Police said 16 shell casings remained in the street after the shooting. The gunmen pedaled away and turned right onto Westmoreland Street, police said.
Harris was identified in June as one of the suspected gunmen. Police have said he has past addresses on the 2500 block of North Sydenham Street and the 3300 block of Philip Street. Tipsters can call East Detectives at 215-686-3243, or 911.
