Delco Wawa robbed twice in 24 hours
Nothing was taken during the first stickup, but the robber took some cash during the second one.
A Delaware County Wawa had the misfortune of being robbed twice in less than 24 hours over the weekend.
The suspect, a juvenile, was taken into custody on Monday, Pennsylvania State Police reported.
The Stoneybank Wawa, located on 36 Baltimore Pike in Glen Mills, was first robbed on Saturday about 10 p.m. by the unidentified teen, who was wearing all black clothing and a black baseball cap, police said.
Police said the suspect made a purchase before he pulled a gun and demanded money. He then fled empty-handed, the story reported.
On Sunday at 6:30 p.m., another alleged robber wearing similar clothes as the first robber, again bought something, and then pulled out a gun and demanded cash.
This time, the robber fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, the story reported.
