Four teen boys were injured in a shooting Saturday night in West Philadelphia, according to police.

The three 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old told police they were on the first block of Conestoga Street when gunfire rang out around 9:15 p.m.

Responding officers found the 15-year-old, who had a gunshot wound to the back of his left thigh, and one of the 16-year-olds, who had a gunshot wound on the bottom of his left foot, at the intersection of 56th and Market Streets, about a block away from the scene.

The other two victims, one of whom was shot in his chest and the other who was shot in the back, were found on South 55th Street, also about a block away from the shooting scene.

All four teens were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Police did not list their conditions in a news release.

Authorities are still working to identify a suspect and motive in the case.
