SEPTA police are looking for a suspect who was caught on surveillance camera early Sunday robbing an unconscious man at the Erie Station along the Broad Street Line subway.

SEPTA police are looking for a suspect who was caught on surveillance camera early Sunday robbing an unconscious man at the Erie Station along the Broad Street Line subway.

In video footage the transit agency released Tuesday, the victim can be seen sitting on a bench near the southbound side of the tracks shortly before 2 a.m., when he slumps forward and falls to the floor of the platform.

About 45 minutes later, two men can be seen on video approaching the unconscious man while prodding him and laughing.

One of the men can then be seen going through the unconscious man's pockets. SEPTA police said the suspect made away with the victim's cell phone.

The suspect is believed to be between the ages of 30 and 35 and was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with "Cape May" written on the front, according to investigators.

Anyone with information is asked to call the SEPTA Transit Police Department at 215-580-8111.
