Three young men followed another man onto a SEPTA bus in Philadelphia's Logan section after midnight on Tuesday and proceeded to kick, punch and stomp him as terrified riders looked on.

The crime at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday was captured on video and released by Philadelphia police.

According to the video, the men, all in their early 20s, followed their 25-year-old victim onto the bus on the 4800 block of North Broad Street. The victim took his seat toward the back of the vehicle. The trio approached him and began a brief conversation.

The men then began to beat the victim. They continued to beat him as he fell to the floor. The victim suffered eye, face and arm injuries before the assailants fled on foot north on Broad from Wyoming Avenue.

The suspects are described as:

-A black male, in his late teens to early 20s, brown complexion, with a goatee. He has a medium build. He was wearing a white t-shirt, khaki pants, black/blue and white New Balance sneakers.

-A black male, in his late teens to early 20s, with a medium complexion. He was wearing a white tank top, dark shorts and white/black Puma sneakers.

-A black male, in his late teens to early 20s, with a medium complexion. He has a stocky build. He was wearing a yellow Polo-style shirt with blue stripes, dark jeans and white sneakers.
