Reports: Gunman wounds four, then kills self at Reno., Nev., hospital

A gunman opened fire inside a Reno, Nev., hospital shortly before 6 p.m. EST, according to local newspaper reports.

Details of victims and the shooter were still very vague, according to a minute-by-minute update on Reno's news website RGJ.com. But police did say that one person is dead and the death is believed to be that of the shooter.

The Associated Press tweeted that Reno police say four people were wounded and that the shooter committed suicide.

The shooting occurred inside Renown South Meadows hospital and the facility was still shut down as of 6:30 p.m.
