Police have arrested two people and are seeking a third in connection with an assault Tuesday afternoon inside the Jay Cooke Elementary School in Logan.

Officers responded to the school, located at 1300 W. Louden St. around 2:30 p.m. There, police said, they were met by school police officers, who reported that the parents of a student and several other family members entered the building and assaulted students and school officials.

The suspects allegedly punched the victims and pushed them into lockers. One of the victims had to be taken to the hospital for a concussion, according to investigators. Police said the suspects fled the school prior to officers' arrival.

Police on Friday arrested Marion Oliver, 42, of the 4800 block of North 16th Street, along with Oliver's 14-year-old daughter. Both will be charged with 12 counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment and conspiracy, investigators said.

The Northwest Detective Division has also issued an arrest warrant for 44-year-old Richard Jordan, whose last known address is listed on the 4900 block of Penn Street. Anyone with information on Jordan's whereabouts is asked to contact Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353.
