Trevose employee benefits firm sold
CBIZ Inc., of Cleveland, acquired Model Consulting Inc., an employee benefits consulting firm in Trevose, Bucks County, CBIZ said.

The price was not disclosed, but CBIZ said Model has 13 employees and is expected to add $4.2 million in annual revenue to its operations, which include accounting, risk advisory services, and retirement plan consulting.
Model, which was founded in 1990, is being integrated into CBIZ's Plymouth Meeting office, where about 160 worked before CBIZ bought Model, effective March 1.
CBIZ had $692 million in revenue in 2013.
