Police arrested a New Jersey man Monday who had been on the run for two weeks after allegedly killing his extranged wife.

Police arrested a New Jersey man Monday who had been on the run for two weeks after allegedly killing his extranged wife.

Jeremiah Monell, 32, was wanted on murder and weapons charges for allegedly killing his wife at her home in Commercial Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey state police said.

Monell's estranged wife, identified by police as Tara O'Shea-Watson, 35. was found dead Dec. 19.

State police identified Monell as a suspect the day after her death and announced his capture Monday evening.

According to the 911 call to police about O'Shea-Watson's death, her son found her stabbed and ran to a neighbor's house for help.
