South Jersey law enforcement officials are investigating the discovery of skeletal human remains in the shallow, muddy waters of the Cooper River on Saturday afternoon.

The remains were found in an area of the river along the Admiral Wilson Boulevard, across from Zinman Furs, Pennsauken Police said.
