Tubers found after Delaware River search

Six tubers who were reported missing after setting out for a Sunday float on the Delaware River have been located unharmed, New Jersey State Police said.

Six tubers who were reported missing after setting out for a Sunday float on the Delaware River have been located unharmed, New Jersey State Police said.

A search for the six began after they were reported missing about 8:45 p.m. near Point Pleasant in Bucks County.

Another woman had also been with them, but came ashore in the evening.

State Police said Monday morning all six were found safe hours later, but did not provide other details.
