Pair holds up Jim's Steaks, two customers at gunpoint

Two men robbed at gunpoint Jim's Steaks in West Philadelphia early Saturday morning, as well as two customers in the restaurant, police said.

Two men robbed at gunpoint Jim's Steaks in West Philadelphia early Saturday morning, as well as two customers in the restaurant, police said.

A total of three customers and four employees were in the restaurant at 431 N. 62nd St. when the robbery occurred about 1 a.m.

The robbers ordered everyone to the ground and took about $100 from the cash register and $115 from the customers, police said. Both robbers were described as black males, wearing dark winter hats and dark scarves covering their faces. One was described as 6'1", with a thin-to-medium build and medium complexion, and the other as having a thin build.
