Water main break leads to early dismissal at Neshaminy High School

Students at Neshaminy High School are being dismissed early Wednesday due to a water main break.

The Neshaminy School District said the main break occurred outside the high school.

Students are being sent home at 10 a.m. because water service to the building will be disrupted while crews repair the break.

Some after-school activities will still take place -- the world language competition and wind ensemble trip -- will take place, the district said.

Weight room and conditioning activities are canceled, while evening gym practices will follow a modified schedule, available on the school district website.
