Manheim Twp. High closed after bullet found in classroom

LANCASTER - Classes were dismissed early Friday at a Manheim Township High School after a single bullet was discovered on a classroom floor.

The school was placed on lockdown as administrators and police investigated, searching the room and interviewing students. A firearm was not found, and officials were unable to determine where the bullet came from.

Officials, nevertheless, determined there was no immediate threat, and released students at 12:30 p.m. - AP
