Officer-involved shooting probed in West Oak Lane

Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting in West Oak Lane Monday, police said.

Police said a man was hit by gunfire near the intersection of 18th Street and Cheltenham Avenue and taken to a nearby hospital. There was no immediate word on his condition.
