Barricade situation after shooting of teen in South Phila.

A 13-year-old was shot twice Monday afternoon in South Philadelphia, and SWAT units were responding to the area to find a suspect, police said.

The shooting occurred before 5 p.m. near 20th and Mountain Streets. Police said the 13-year-old was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was reported in stable condition.

A suspect barricaded himself in the area of the shooting, causing SWAT teams to respond. It's unclear if the suspect was still armed, police said. - Michael Boren
