Woman stabbed during N. Phila. break-in

A woman was stabbed repeatedly during a break-in at North Philadelphia home late Monday in North Philadelphia, police said.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition after the attack about 11:30 p.m. in a residence on the 1000 block of West Arizona Street, police said.

She had suffered knife wounds to the face, neck and both shoulders, police said.

Police are looking for the male assailant.
