SEPTA's Warminster line was back in service about 9:45 a.m., after a disruption that spanned the morning rush.

Downed wires near Roslyn idled all the trains, starting about 6 a.m., between the Bucks County town and Center City, according to SEPTA spokeswoman Sylvana Hoyos.

Passengers make 9,600 trips on the line each day, she said.
