J.B. Kelly Elementary School closed Tuesday

The J.B. Kelly Elementary School, located at 5116 Pulaski Avenue, will be closed on Tuesday because of a boiler malfunction, a Philadelphia school district spokesman said in a statement Monday night.

School staff should report to Germantown High School at 8:20 a.m. for "professional development." The school is located at 40 East High Street.
