Montco hit-run victim identified

Authorities today identified the victim of a fatal hit-and-run in Hatboro as a 25-year-old Horsham man.

Rolando Dominguez-Villada's body was found early Sunday along South Warminster Road, between East Mill Road and Surrey Lane.

Investigators say he apparently had been walking on the roadway just after 2:30 a.m. when a vehicle struck and dragged him several feet.

Police believe the car, which did not remain at the scene, may have sustained damage to its driver's side mirror. They have not ruled out the possibility that he was hit by more than one vehicle.
