Water main break floods Roosevelt Blvd. in Northeast

A water main break temporarily closed Roosevelt Boulevard in both directions at Southampton Road in Northeast Philadelphia today, police say.

The main break was reported about 10:30 a.m.

But by lunchtime, all lanes except the northbound outer lanes reportedly were open again.
