It's one thing for a singing fish to demand in a McDonald's commercial, "Gimme back that Filet-o-Fish! Gimme that fish!"

It's another thing to take "Gimme that fish!" as far as Rashon East allegedly did around 4:30 a.m. on March 28 at a McDonald's in South Brunswick, N.J., according to reports.

Tired of waiting for his Filet-o-Fish, he supposedly climbed from a vehicle's rear window in through the drive-thru window, then pushed and slapped a worker, before grabbing the sandwich.

Police released video of the incident - which shows the outraged customer climbing out of the car but no slapping - and East, 34, surrendered Monday.

The charges: simple assault and making terroristic threats. East could face up to five years in prison, according to reports.

The customer paid for the sandwich at a previous drive-up window.
