A robber who hit a Kensington bank earlier this month struck the same branch again yesterday and fled on a mountain bike, authorities said.
The FBI says it is looking for Kenneth Pagan, 38, who is charged in the Nov. 4 robbery of the Beneficial Bank branch on the 800 block of East Allegheny Avenue.
He strode into the same branch yesterday, handed a threatening note to a teller, and made off with an undetermined amount of cash, said J.J. Klaver, spokesman for the FBI.
Pagan, who is considered armed and dangerous, is 5-foot-7, 175 pounds, and is known to frequent the Kensington neighborhood.
There is a reward being offered for information leading to his arrest. Tipsters may remain anonymous. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000.
