Cops seek cross-dressing check-kiter

Police are looking for a stubble-faced man who wears women's clothing while passing bad checks in Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Delaware State Police said the cross dresser is responsible for kiting checks at "various" banks" in both states.

They did not elaborate in a statement, saying only that the "investigation is ongoing."

Police released surveillance photos of the subject but provided no other description details except to say he has short hair and a thin build.

Anyone with information should call detectives at 302-834-2630 ext. 325.

Wasn’t she the black queen with fierce attitude who was vogueing at Club Voyeur at the grand opening and almost fell off the stripper stage? She was the one swiping drinks all over the place. These latest shenanigans only add to her European exploits. You go girl.

So floating checks will get you in the paper if you've got the cajones to wear orange press on nails?
