City Councilman Curtis Jones Jr., who last year gorged on regional dishes in baseball playoff wagers with counterparts from Milwaukee, Los Angeles and Tampa Bay, fell back into his gambling ways today with a Phillies-Rockies wager with a Denver City Councilowman.

The wager is between Jones and Councilwoman Peggy Lehmann, each of whom represent their city's Fourth District.

"When the Phillies defeat the Rockies on their quest to be back-to-back World Series Champions, Councilwoman Lehmann will send Councilman Jones buffalo brats," Jones announced in a press release.

If Jones loses "by some miracle," he said he will send two hoagies and a variety pack of Tastykakes.
