Video: Deer crashes through Pa. bus windshield

A western Pennsylvania bus had an unconventional passenger this week: a deer that smashed through the windshield.

The white-tailed deer crashed through the window of a public bus in Johnstown on Tuesday, the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat reports.

A video from a camera on the bus shows the animal dart along the road, then smash into the windshield. The deer then frantically hops around near the bus driver, runs in circles and climbs on empty seats, trying to get out of vehicle.

A Cambria County transportation spokesman told the Tribune-Democrat that driver stopped the bus, opened the door and "the deer just walked off the bus."

One female passenger was on the bus at the time, the newspaper reports.

No one was injured. The bus was taken to a maintenance facility.
