Report: Retired cop stabbed in Philadelphia
A man was stabbed overnight in a Port Richmond row house in Philadelphia and was taken to Temple University Hospital, according to East Detectives.
The 57-year-old victim is said to be a retired Philadelphia police officer, according to NBC10.
According to police, a call came in about 2:30 a.m. for the report a male who was stabbed in the chest on the 3000 block of Salmon Street. The attacker had fled by the time the police arrived.
There was no description of the suspect.
The victim was reported to be in stable condition at Temple.
