Less than 16,000 Peco customers remain without power in the Philadelphia suburbs in the aftermath of Wednesday's ice storm. Peco says that 715,000 customers lost power at some point during the storm, making it the largest winter power outage in the utility's history. Chester County remains the most-affected area, with 4 percent of customers without electricity.
