Police: Bensalem child luring suspect exposed himself, urinated, crashed car twice

Juan Perez-Juarez, 22, tried to lure a girl into his car in Bensalem, exposed himself and urinated when she refused, and crashed his car twice while fleeing, police said.

A man is accused of trying to lure a young girl into his car, exposing himself and urinating in the street when she resisted, and crashing twice as he fled the scene.

Juan Perez-Juarez, 22, approached the child around noon Saturday outside her home on the 3200 block of Claridge Road in Bensalem, police said.

When the girl told Perez-Juarez she wasn't allowed to get into his vehicle, he allegedly got out, exposed himself and urinated in the street.

Perez-Juarez sped away when the victim's father confronted him, police said.

He struck a pole about a block away, then crashed again on Route 1 in Middletown Township and was taken into custody, police said. The second crash reportedly caused injuries to another driver.

Perez-Juarez was arraigned Saturday night on charges of luring a child into a motor vehicle, indecent exposure, driving without a license, and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.

The Guatemalan native immigrated to the U.S. illegally, police said, and now lives in Trenton, N.J. Investigators were unable to confirm an exact address for him there.

Perez-Juarez remains imprisoned in the Bucks County Jail, unable to post 10 percent of $200,000 bail.

He is next due in court April 29 for a preliminary hearing.
