The city is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of three men who kidnapped, beat, and used a Taser on a woman who worked at a shop on Jewelers' Row.

The woman, 53, left work about 4 p.m. Saturday and was walking to her car on the 700 block of Chestnut Street when the trio jumped out of a van and demanded keys to the jewelry store, police said.

The men forced her into the Ford Econoline van, pulled a hood over her head, bound her arms and feet with zip ties, and drove her around the city. During the ordeal, they beat the woman and shocked her seven times with the stun gun as they forced her to disclose bank codes and personal information. After an hour, the men dumped her in a cemetery in Darby Borough, Delaware County. They took her bag and used her bank card to withdraw money from ATMs, police said.

The woman was able to walk to a nearby road and flag down a passing driver. She was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where she was treated for a concussion and other injuries.

Police are searching for three black males with dark complexions. The driver of the van is described as about 6-foot-3 with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, a ski mask and sunglasses. The second suspect is described as about 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, a ski mask and sunglasses. The third man is about 5-foot-5 with a heavy build. He was wearing black pants, a dark-colored jacket and a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.

The van used in the abduction is a burgundy Ford Econoline with tinted windows on the passenger's side and is either smeared with compound or white paint.
