    The ugly, faux Barnes aside, more park, less way makes perfect sense!

    Then how come they just allowed cars to park in the outer lanes? Looks awful.

    always money for what nutter wants for the rich. nothing to help keep the schools open, or paying the city workers a raise. nutter hates the hungry and the homeless. doesn't want peole to have paid sick leave from their companies. nutter is more republican than democrat. he's and uncle ben and houseboy also.

    How much more accessible does it need to be? The area around the parkway is pristine and beautiful compared to the neighborhoods. So the area residents what it, are they paying for it? I've never had a planning commission come to my South Philly neighborhood and asked what we wanted to see done to make our lives better and more fulfilling. What a joke!
