N.J. college campus shut down after bomb threat

A community college in southern New Jersey cancelled classes and shut down the campus Monday after someone called in a bomb threat, according to the college's website.

Students at Atlantic Cape Community College were told classes were "cancelled for the rest of the day" in a statement posted to the college's official site.

Later Monday evening, the college announced the campus would reopen Tuesday and classes would resume.

"All Atlantic Cape campuses will be open and resume the normal class schedule Tuesday, Dec. 3. All students should report for their scheduled classes," the college said in a statement.
