A memorial service has been scheduled for Philadelphia radio personality E. Steven Collins.

Collins, 58, died earlier this week after suffering a heart attack. He hosted a weekly show, Philly Speaks, on 100.3 FM and was the director of urban marketing and external relations for Radio One.

Radio One said today that a public memorial for Collins will be held Sept. 21 from noon to 3 p.m. at Sharon Baptist Church, located at 3955 Conshohocken Ave.

Those slated to attend include Mayor Michael Nutter, U.S. Rep. Chaka Fattah, and Radio One founder Catherine Hughes.
