A man can be seen on surveillance video approaching an employee who was working behind the counter of the store at 1551 Washington Ave. around 6:45 a.m. and asking to speak with him.

As the worker walked around the counter toward the man, the suspect lifted his shirt, showing a handgun tucked in his waistband, and demanded money, according to investigators.
